David Gorodyansky Named One of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2013!

Goldman Sachs most intriguing entrepreneurs awardOur CEO David Gorodyansky has received yet another honor to add to his long list. Investment firm Goldman Sachs has named him one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2013 at this week’s second annual Builders + Innovators Summit at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Arizona.

“We are honored to recognize David Gorodyansky as one of the most intriguing entrepreneurs of 2013,” said David Solomon, co-head of investment banking at Goldman Sachs.” This is the second year for the summit and our goal remains the same. We pair seasoned and emerging entrepreneurs — the builders and innovators — from a diverse set of industries to discuss how to make vital, enduring companies that reshape industries and boost the world’s economies through innovation.”

David was 23 years old when he co-founded AnchorFree with the belief that all consumers should be in control of their personal information online.

Under his leadership, AnchorFree has raised more than $63 million in venture funding and Hotspot Shield VPN has become the world’s most trusted privacy, security and web access tool, every day providing millions of users worldwide with unrestricted access to the Internet.

In addition to honoring 100 entrepreneurs, the summit consists of general sessions and clinics led by Goldman Sachs experts, seasoned entrepreneurs, academics and business leaders as well as resident scholars.
